A self feed boring bit made by Wood Owl in Japan. These self-feed bits have a 50% wider cutting tooth surface for added stability & truer holes. They are heat treated & hardened for durability. They also have machined lead screws with burr-free threads that help feed the bit through wood at a consistent rate. The shaft is machined & very straight, for bit concentricity, eliminating wobble, & leaving a truer hole. 7/16″ quick change ball shank for a fast & secure change out. Made in Japan.
