An attractive & very popular casement window latch made of high quality solid brass material. This latch is well made with a durable pivot turn, unlike many basic casement latches out on the market today. Works great for locking & tightening window frames, & even small doors. This lock model is considered the large size, with the latch turn base measuring 2″ high x 1-1/8″ wide. Includes three different strikes for multiple applications; a mortise strike, rim strike, & surface strike. This traditional casement lock is designed in the late 19th century / early 20th century style of hardware, but will fit in with any time period up to the current modern styles. Beautify & strengthen your windows with this handsome & classic piece of hardware. Available in non-lacquered brass (the un-lacquered brass will patina over time), antique brass, lacquered brass, oil rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, & polished nickel finishes. Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It is possible that inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
