A quality USA-made wood scraper made by C.S. Osborne. The blade is made of carbon steel & is tempered & sharp. Described by C.S. Osborne as a “Yacht & Boat” scraper. It is particularly a great tool for general woodworking & scraping purposes. The handle is made of hardwood with a lacquered finish & nickel plated ferrule.From the Manufacturer:

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It is possible that inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
