The traditional & classic Opinel carbon steel pocket knife. This famous knife is rich in history & has been in use for over 100 years by many alike! The carbon steel blade is very sharp & quite easy to sharpen. It’s razor sharpness will cut through materials with ease, & is great for a number of uses! The blade locks in place with a simple turn of the stainless collar; it also locks into the handle for safety as well. The handsome handle is made of genuine Beechwood & is varnished for a most beautiful look. Very versatile, effective, & beautiful, this classic Opinel knife is one you’ll most certainly treasure! High carbon steel is tougher & harder than stainless steels, making it ideal & desirable for applications where durability is required & where frequent regrinding is needed. Carbon steels are more durable & have razor-sharp edges, & is easy to re-sharpen as well when the need arises.

Since carbon steel has superior cutting qualities due to it’s hardness & toughness, it’s resistance to corrosion caused by moisture is low as a result. Therefore, it is important to try and keep your carbon steel blades away from moist or damp environments as much as possible. It is also a good idea to occasionally wipe the blade with a light oil, such as mineral oil from time to time. It is also a good idea to wipe the blade dry after each use.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It is possible that inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
